Our Caboolture clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. You can phone us at any time during these hours on (07) 5432 3333, or email us on ivfcaboolture@ivfq.com.au
If your IVF Nurse is unavailable, you can request to be put through to voicemail and leave a message. Our nurses usually check voice messages from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
If your call is urgent or you have a specific concern, you can also contact your Fertility Specialist.
Our Courtesy System
Our Courtesy System is designed to ensure we always deal with you in a pleasant, courteous and considerate manner. You may also be able to use these protocols in your dealings with us. After all, participating in an IVF program can be an emotional rollercoaster, especially during the investigation and management phases of treatment.
We understand that there may be times when it is hard to maintain a happy and positive attitude, and we will strive to support you both during these times.
